A 70-yr-previous college bus attendant was spit on by a college student, and the man’s reaction amounted to felony little one abuse, according to the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office in Yorktown, Virginia.
The dispute took place on a York County bus as it was transporting elementary school pupils, officials said. York County is about 25 miles north of Norfolk.
“It was documented that a 7-yr-aged student spit on (the suspect),” the sheriff’s business mentioned in a Dec. 7 news release.
“In flip he sprayed the scholar with a cleansing solution.”
The suspect, who life in York County, was “employed as a bus assistant for the York County School Division” at the time. He is no more time operating for the district, officials stated.
Investigators did not say if the college student was hurt. The kind of cleaning fluid utilised was not announced.
The suspect was arrested Dec. 6 and taken to the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail. He is charged with “three felony counts of malicious bodily injuries by indicates of any caustic compound and a single felony rely of abuse and neglect of little ones,” officers explained.
